Elan Assisted Living in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our vibrant community. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Document all care provided and maintain accurate resident records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
Valid and current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
