As a Security Officer Access Control in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor and vehicle activity, and document security-related events. Position Type: Part Time
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor access control systems, verify identification and authorization credentials, issue and track visitor or contractor access materials, and maintain accurate access-related records.
Control entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, materials, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
Have at least one year of security-related experience.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
