Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $1.00 per hour

What You'll Do
Provide inpatient pediatric care during scheduled on-call hours
Manage acute cases and coordinate care with hospital staff
Follow facility protocols and ensure patient safety
Document clinical findings accurately in hospital EMR systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required:

Medical license in New Mexico (active)
DEA registration
BLS, PAL, ACLS, ATLS certifications
Board Certified or BE (within 3-5 years of residency) in Pediatrics
Preferred:
Prior inpatient or hospitalist experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
