Qualicare Home Care Services provides personalized in-home care that helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. We also provide families with reassurance and peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are receiving dependable and compassionate care.
As a Certified Home Health Aide or Caregiver, you will work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and follow an individualized care plan designed to meet each client's needs.
Provide compassionate care in clients' homes
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
Perform light housekeeping and other household tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate care documentation
Follow all client care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures
Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide certification preferred for HHA positions
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Understanding of basic caregiving, nutrition, hygiene, and safety practices
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to travel throughout Paramus, Ridgewood, Fort Lee, Hackensack, and nearby communities
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation; assistance and training are available
