Shift: 12hrs All Shift Available (Every Other Weekend is Required)
Qualifications
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Licensed LPN
AHA BLS certified
Experience/Skills:
Min 1 -2 year of LPN in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred
