Job Description Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Columbia, SC
Setting: Primarily in-home, with daytime support in daycare / schools
Population Served: 2-18 years old

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
Provide in-person BCBA-level clinical oversight across in-home, daycare, and school settings
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs delivering direct ABA services
Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support skill development and generalization of goals
Monitor progress, adjust programming as needed, and maintain overall case oversight to ensure high-quality care

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: 8 (maximum)
Billable hour expectations: Range of 20-30 hours

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $85-100K
