Master To Journeyman Electrician

We’re a trusted leader in residential home services across Northern Colorado. This field-based role will perform residential electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and electrical work associated with HVAC installations. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service.

Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades, including panels, service changes, rewiring, and EV chargers.

Complete electrical work associated with HVAC installations, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, and zoning systems.

Install conduit, MC cabling, motor starters, control devices, and other electrical components.

Read blueprints and electrical diagrams and apply NEC and Colorado electrical codes.

Troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment.

Procure materials needed to complete assigned projects.

Mentor and oversee apprentice and journeyman electricians as needed.

Residential electrical experience required; Strong knowledge of NEC, Colorado electrical codes, permitting, and inspections.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Comfortable using tablets and digital tools in the field.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
