SYSTEMS ENGINEERING AND ANALYSIS

JRAD is seeking candidates for [a contingent / future] position supporting the [DHS Science and Technology (S&T)]. Provides high-level vision to shape objectives and outcomes for complex programs, projects, and organizational initiatives.
Develops and guides functional procedures, processes, and policies based on deep subject-matter expertise.
Leads and supports in-depth research, studies, and analyses to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Contributes expertise across areas such as data analytics, economic and behavioral analysis, systems and network communications, process improvement, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree at least 3 years' experience
Systems Engineering (or technical) experience
Advanced degree (MS or PhD)
Knowledge of Department of Homeland Security Acquisition and Systems Engineering policy
