Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient test results and laboratory procedures

Identifying and reporting any abnormal test results to healthcare providers

Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols

Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory accuracy and precision

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology or related field preferred
