Responsibilities

Reviews all documentation related deals submitted for credit review.

This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to approval.

Works with Sales Managers to assist in resolving potential problems with pending deals.

Complies with all company policies and procedures.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of MS Excel software and MS Word software and Email.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of loan processing experience preferred.

Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.

High school diploma or GED required.
