RN- Mental Health (Weekend Day Shift)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across a full-continuum senior living community. Key responsibilities include assessing resident health, monitoring changes, administering medications and treatments, coordinating with physicians and families, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The RN promotes resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

Ability to work some weekends and holidays

Preferred experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living

Key Duties

Provide direct nursing care and support a nursing team

Assess and monitor resident health status and changes

Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families

Ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life for residents

Benefits & Compensation

$5,000 sign-on bonus (eligible full-time)

Hourly rates up to $45.00 for PRN and PIB roles

Schedule

Day shift available (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)

PRN on-call shifts, including at least 4 shifts per month with 1 weekend

Weekend and holiday rotation for full-time roles
