Wil-Ro is an award-winner of The Tennessean’s Top Workplaces 2021 - 2023; 2025-2026.Expectations and Responsibilities:2nd Shift 2:15pm - 10:45pm 3rd Shift 10:30pm - 7:00 amProduction painting in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with different types of paint- Comfortable with single-stage urethane paintBodywork and prep experienceUnderstanding of the following application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)Detail-oriented and a focus on qualityWet sanding and buffing experienceMixing paint according to manufacturer guidelinesComfortable working in high-heat environmentsCleanliness of workspace and equipmentRequirementsMust wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements.Pay InformationPay based on experience.BenefitsCompany sponsored 401(k) plan; 100% match up to 6% of salary (after one year)Medical, dental, vision plan - 50% sponsored (employee only) by Wil-Ro, Inc.
