Diagnostic Radiology Technologist

Are you an upcoming radiology graduate or recent graduate? This position is full time, days, at Riley Hospital for Children. New hire bonus available for those who are eligible! Operates imaging equipment such as x-ray, fluoro, portable x-ray, and fluoroscopy equipment used in surgery. Collaborates with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure accurate imaging. Documents detailed patient history. Documents necessary information in EMR. Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.

Requires active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R), through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or a recent graduate of an approved training program in Radiologic Technology (board eligible). If board eligible, must obtain credential in Radiography within 6 months of hire.

Requires current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as Radiologic Technologist or a current ISDH Radiology Student Permit.
