Counsel - Regulatory Law

As Counsel, Regulatory & Product, you will play a lead role in FalconX’s global regulatory footprint. Reporting to the Lead Attorney, you will own the execution of our 2026 licensing roadmap and ensure our product suite remains the "Gold Standard" for institutional compliance.

Directly manage and execute new license applications (VASP, MTL, and international equivalents) across all 2026 target jurisdictions.

Product Compliance Ownership: Partner with Product and Engineering from ideation to launch, providing regulatory guardrails for new asset classes and trading features.

Regulatory Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries, examinations, and reporting requirements, ensuring 100% standing with global oversight bodies.

Landscape Analysis: Monitor global legislative shifts (MiCA, SEC/CFTC developments, etc.) and proactively translate them into technical and operational requirements for the platform.

A seasoned regulatory attorney with 4+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, or institutional finance.

An expert at distilling opaque regulatory guidance into clear, actionable business advice.
