Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required. Required certifications must be listed on the application at time of submittal. BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required by the unit) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA) . Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from last permanent employment date before returning as a traveler. Current Vandalia Health System employees (perm, PRN, etc.) are not eligible for travel contracts within the health system. Includes: CAMC Health Systems, Mon Health Systems, Davis Medical Center, Broaddus Hospital, Webster Memorial Hospital, Grafton City Hospital, Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, and Minnie Hamilton Health System.
