Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the launch and ramp-up of a high-volume automated battery cell assembly line. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge manufacturing technology in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on engineering support during production launch and ramp-up.Troubleshoot automated assembly equipment, robotics, servo systems, and manufacturing processes.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality, yield, and equipment performance.Support commissioning, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.Analyze manufacturing data to improve throughput, OEE, and overall production efficiency.Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and engineering teams to minimize downtime.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Manufacturing engineering experience in automated production environments.Experience with manufacturing line launches, equipment commissioning, or production ramp-ups.Hands-on troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.Experience with Excel, CAD, and interpreting engineering drawings.Preferred QualificationsExperience with automated welding/joining technologies, SPC, OEE, or process capability (Cp/Cpk).Knowledge of PLCs, servo systems, automation controls, Minitab, or Python is a plus.ScheduleMonday–Friday (40 hours/week)Flexibility required during production launchesOccasional evenings/weekends during peak productionThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable.
