Tonganoxie Terrace is actively hiring a Dietary Cook to prepare meals that meet nutritional guidelines and resident preferences. The Dietary Cook plays a vital role in food quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. As a Dietary Cook, you will support daily meal production and kitchen operations while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities Prepare meals as the Dietary Cook according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
Ensure meals meet quality, portion, and presentation standards
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
Properly handle, store, and label food items
Assist with kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and organization
Support dietary team operations and meal service as needed
Qualifications Cooking or food service experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
