Bartender

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Essential duties and responsibilities include adhering to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, setting up assigned bars, maintaining stock, greeting guests in a courteous, friendly manner, taking and/or processing orders for drinks, checking guests at the bar for proper identification, receiving cash from guests, making change, verifying validity of charges, recording charges, ensuring vouchers are properly executed, locking up and storing all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops, performing general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards, keeping work area clean and organized, arranging bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area, washing and sterilizing stemware, and performing other duties as assigned.
