TellerLocation: 8899 Main Street - Williamsville, New York 14221Job Summary Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. As a Teller, you provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. Tellers, through conversations with clients, listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker to have a deeper financial wellness conversation. As a teller, you would assist clients with updating account information and ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.Educating clients on managing their finances effectively and promoting financial health.
