Life Insurance Sales Professional (Full Time)

We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time Insurance Sales Agent.More than (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar position.Having your networks, such as belonging to groups or associations, will help you get started rapidlyAbility to understand complex concepts and explain them to othersHave computer experience and good organizational skillsProfessional presence in person and over the phoneA High School diploma is required, and some College preferredSuccessful completion of a background checkBilingual (Spanish/English) is preferredJOB ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Follow Agency Sales Process in every sales interaction.Make sure all pre and after-sale processes are completed.Make a high volume of outbound calls to obtain and work with prospects with expectations of daily sales.Work lead lists as assigned using the lead management system following the rules and guidelines set by your Sales Leader and/or Agency Owner.Always work towards improving office efficiency and controlling expenses.Perfect compliance with all Allstate and Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.Although we are a highly specialized office, some service work is required.DAILY TRAINING IS REQUIRED.While we encourage people from all industries to consider this job, every Sales Agent must obtain their Texas General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) license before employing our agency.
