The Role
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including:
Orthopedic and post-operative conditions
Neurologic diagnoses
Balance and vestibular disorders
Functional mobility impairments
Sports and overuse injuries

Therapists are encouraged to think critically, collaborate closely with colleagues, and build meaningful relationships with patients and families while creating individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes and functional independence.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy interventions
Educate patients and families regarding treatment progression and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in mentorship, quality initiatives, and professional development
Foster a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications
Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Full-time
Monday - Thursday 4x10
