That's why we offer a low caseload of just six (6) clients , allowing you to focus on quality care—not productivity quotas. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Nursing professionals in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
Monitor client progress through data-driven decision‑making and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
