Liability Adjuster - Remote

Job Overview The Lead Consultant is responsible for management and oversight of Home Office Claim Department referrals, grants settlement authority on complex claims over MCO and RCO limits, and oversees large losses within specific CSAs.
Key Responsibilities Review and approve cases that the MCO plans to take to trial.
Assess coverage, liability, and damages on the most complex referred cases and collaborate with Field leadership on next steps.
Serve as specialist and subject‑matter expert on projects as needed.
Perform file reviews for highly complex projects or litigation cases, analyze data, and report findings.
Determine if CWP is appropriate based on gross tort value exposure.
Support Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues and engage Home Office Claim litigation for direction.
Collaborate with Frontline Performance Experts/Learners and Claim Process Specialists to share experience and trends.
Work with Product, Protection, Law, and Claims teams on new products, developing Claim Bulletins for affected claim handling practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $98,100.00 - $167,850.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
