This role is responsible for fostering strong associate relations, supporting site management, and driving key Human Resources initiatives related to talent management, organizational development, recruitment, training, total rewards and associate relations. The HR Specialist works collaboratively with HR Departments and division partners.

Serve as the primary HR contact for Associates, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies, core values and employment laws.

Assist managers with Associate performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans.

Conducts assigned policy and/or Associate concern investigations by documenting facts and conducting interviews. Talent Management : Support talent review processes and succession planning initiatives to drive employee growth and organizational success.

Training & Development : Works collaboratively with leadership and the Learning and Development team to identify training needs, coordinate delivery, and facilitate leadership training to enhance workforce capabilities and Associate development.

HR Compliance : Ensure all HR practices adhere to labor laws, company policies and core values, maintaining a culture of fairness and accountability.

Recruitment : Partners with Recruiting team and leadership to participate in recruitment and Associate selections, monitor hiring plan progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Partners with the Total Rewards and HR Operations team to ensure program structure and delivery aligns with Associate needs.

Provides assistance and support to other Human Resources team projects and initiatives, as necessary.

Change Management : Executes effective strategies for change and help Associates and leadership adjust to the new processes and practices to ensure the changes create a successful experience and are sustainable within the organization.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; 2 years’ experience in human resources or similar work.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive HR initiatives in a fast paced environment.

Proven ability to guide organizational change from conception through implementation to adoption.

Ability to travel to various work locations as business need requires.

Maintain human resource information systems and keep personnel records up-to-date.

Experience with building and executing reports from data warehouse systems and using data to influence decision making.

Spanish fluency.

Experience in project management.
