Las Vegas, Nevada - This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity where you'll collaborate closely with leadership and business teams in a dynamic office environment.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have at least 3+ years of directly relevant real estate transactional and commercial finance experience.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate, finance, corporate, employment, and governance agreements.
Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture transactions through legal due diligence.
Partner with finance, asset management, acquisitions, development, and executive leadership to identify and manage legal risk.
Assist with corporate governance, board materials, and corporate records.
Coordinate litigation matters and manage relationships with outside counsel.
Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance and legal issues affecting business operations.
Support the General Counsel across a broad range of strategic legal initiatives.
JD from an accredited law school.

• 3+ years of real estate transactional and commercial finance legal experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
• In-house experience is welcomed.
• Experience with securities law or private placements is a plus.
