In this role, you’ll own commercial strategy, pricing, and supply for critical semiconductor commodities. Partner with engineering, quality, and operations to deliver innovative supply chain solutions from NPI through mass production. Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate key agreements, and implement long term strategies for cost, quality, and service. You are a sourcing manager who builds trusted partnerships across engineering, operations, finance, quality, and supplier leadership, and you use that influence to shape a multi‑year commodity strategy that secures cutting‑edge technology, competitive pricing, uncompromising quality, and resilient supply. You communicate crisply with executives—grounding recommendations in data and compelling narrative—then drive cross‑functional initiatives that proactively mitigate supply risk, diversify sources, and accelerate readiness for new programs. You proactively mitigate risk across the value chain while using a sharp analytical toolkit to identify the right problems, define actionable plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
