Senior Human Resource SpecialistThe pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. You are a key partner and a reliable resource, helping ensure HR programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the team member experience.Through onboarding, workforce routines, and ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training, as well as day-to-day HR services, you provide guidance and operational support that helps leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change. You interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, and may engage with external candidates or vendors as part of staffing, onboarding, and HR process execution. You approach your work with a solutions-oriented mindset, delivering HR services with accuracy, consistency, and care for the team.About you:High school diploma or equivalent experience1+ years of administrative experienceMaintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environmentProficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (examples include Excel, Word, O365)Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and externalAnticipates problems (and escalates when appropriate), demonstrates strong prioritization and organization skills, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on timeAbility to work with highly confidential informationAbility to take initiative, and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our strategy and valuesAbility to multi-task and be a flexible team player, who can easily adapt to change
