Acknowledges patients using appropriate customer service techniques. Must remain in full time status for six months.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with science courses and/or previous phlebotomy experience preferred.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Exposure to biological and chemical hazards, latex, sharps, and ergonomic hazards.

All services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, various regulatory and professional agencies.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
