RDA/DENTAL ASSISTANCE

Dental Sleep Medicine of Indiana is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant to join our specialty practice dedicated exclusively to the treatment of sleep apnea. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who demonstrates strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to perform effectively in a goal-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide clinical chairside assistance in a sleep apnea specialty setting.
Capture dental radiographs in accordance with established protocols.
Perform dental impressions for oral appliance fabrication.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain operatory readiness.
Support efficient patient flow and contribute to the achievement of practice goals.

Qualifications:
Current radiology certification — required.
Dental assisting experience — required.
Impression experience — preferred.
Strong ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Compensation & Benefits:
Schedule: 4 days/week — Fridays off.
Pay: $22–$30/hr based on experience.
Time off: 6 paid holidays + accrued PTO.
