Registered Nurse Weekend Emergency Department Night Shift

Registered Nurse Emergency Department
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: De-escalation course, CPI preferred Must-Have: Prioritizing skills Time management skills De-escalation course CPI preferred Description: Unit Information: Staffing includes 7 day and night RNs and 0.5 mid shift RNs. Equipment used includes Ventilators, BiPAP, EKG machines, Arterial Lines, Belmont, and Chest Tubes. Typical procedures performed on this unit include port placement and chest tubes. Weekends and on-call requirements include a minimum of 4 weekend shifts and 2 Fridays in a 4-week schedule. Additional holiday requirements include 2 major and 2 minor holidays.
