Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned warehouse duties in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training guidelines.

Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming materials and products.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.

Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipping or storage.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas, and warehouse aisles.

Accurately complete inventory transactions and report discrepancies to the team lead.

Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.

Follow all company safety policies, identify workplace hazards, and maintain a safe working environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic communication skills to work effectively with team members.

Ability to quickly learn warehouse procedures and company systems.

Ability to read and understand basic numbers, labels, and written instructions.

Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
