You will interact with students, families, and educational staff primarily through virtual platforms, ensuring that therapeutic support is easily accessible. Evaluate and diagnose psychosocial issues affecting students and their families, employing individual clinical social work skills to develop tailored therapeutic interventions. \Collaborate with educational and healthcare staff to create comprehensive care plans, enhancing treatment compliance and care coordination. \Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with departmental standards, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to regulatory guidelines. \Provide educational resources and support for patients and families to aid in understanding therapy processes and recommendations, thereby empowering them in their recovery journey. \Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities that focus on the unique needs of the school-aged patient population. \Remain informed about community resources and actively connect families with advocacy options to enhance their support networks. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role emphasizes working with children and adolescents within school environments, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your work will directly influence student well-being, social development, and academic achievement, making a positive impact on their overall quality of life.

Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the State Board of Social Work Licensure. \Strong understanding of social work ethics as outlined in the NASW Code of Ethics. \A minimum of six months to one year of clinical social work experience, ideally in a school or mental health setting. \Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and culturally sensitive approaches to care. \Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and families within educational contexts is highly desirable. \In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, paid time off, retirement planning options, and professional development stipends.
