Painter (1st or 2nd shift)

Industrial Painter

We are seeking Industrial Painters to apply coatings to manufactured parts while ensuring compliance with customer and quality standards. Candidates with auto‑body painting, powder coating, or sandblasting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Apply industrial coatings using spray guns and related equipment

Prepare parts through sanding, blasting, and grit blasting

Complete VOC and quality documentation

Perform visual inspections to ensure finish quality

Industrial painting or auto‑body painting experience

Familiarity with spray gun operation and paint prep

Sanding, blasting, or powder coating experience

2+ years of experience in auto‑body painting, industrial painting, or sandblasting

• Technical, vocational, or military training is a plus
• Ability to pass Respirator Fit & Pulmonary Function Testing

Shift

Monday – Friday

Must be open to starting between 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM for first shift and 3PM - 11:30PM or 1:30AM for second shift.

Shifts end at 1:30 PM or 3:30 PM on first or 11:30PM or 1:30AM for second.

Occasional Saturdays as production requires

Large, air‑conditioned industrial manufacturing facility

Occasional time spent outdoors retrieving materials from the yard
