• Daytime inpatient coverage -- weekday-focused, no overnight requirement
• Flexible scheduling -- M-Th blocks or 1 - 2 week coverage periods
• No general cardiology call -- EP-specific coverage only
• Inpatient consult volume ~10 per week -- device-focused
• 3 - 6 inpatient device cases per week
• Pacemaker implantation required -- BIV procedures included
• ICD management preferred -- complex ablations not required
• Inpatient consult service -- minimal outpatient clinic expectations
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
