Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and have 1+ year of commercial transactional law experience. Candidates with more senior experience, as well as those coming from in-house or solo practice backgrounds, are encouraged to apply if they have relevant transactional experience and are within commuting distance of Freehold.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and business agreements.
Advise clients on business transactions, corporate governance, and day-to-day legal matters.
Assist with business formations, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, and entity restructurings.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, agreements, and transactional documents.
Participate in due diligence and support complex commercial transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing practical business-focused legal advice.
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Participate in networking and business development initiatives to help grow the firm's transactional practice.
1+ year of commercial transactional law experience.
