Travel RN (Registered Nurse) | Urgent Needs

Vetted is seeking a RN - Med Surg for a travel job in Lansing, Illinois .

This contract pays approximately $11,029/month gross.

Contract length: Shift length: 10 hour shifts

Start Date: ASAP

Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.

Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.

Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.

Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards.

Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
