Competitive Pay: $32.00/hr + credit for experience + shift differentials, holiday pay, and on-call bonuses

Schedule: Full-time: 6 AM - 6 PM

Provide high-quality care to residents

Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being

Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning

Implement and evaluate care interventions

Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

Active NE LPN license

Graduate of an accredited LPN program

Long-term care experience preferred – New grads welcome!

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
