Qualifications

State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.
EMR Epic
Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 2 experience
Additional Confirmations Experience with administration of blood and blood products, amputations, anal fistulectomy, appendectomy, and application of anti-embolic compression units is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience assisting anesthesia during induction, bone marrow procedures, bronchoscopy, and burns is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with central venous line insertion and removal, cholecystectomy, circumcision, cleft lip/cleft palate repair, and closed reduction of fractures is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with code response, colon resection, colostomy/ileostomy creation, closure, and reversal, congenital anomalies, and craniotomy is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with cystoscopy, cystogram, pyelogram, EGD, electrosurgical units, endoscopic equipment, and epigastric hernia repair is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with exploratory laparotomy, eye trauma, fiber optic light sources and cords, flexible sigmoidoscopy, gunshot and stab wounds, and hydrocele is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with documenting and tracking implants, inguinal hernia repair, kidney procedures, laparoscopes, and laser safety is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with myringotomy with tubes, nephrectomy, neuroendoscopy for brain and spinal tumors, Nissen fundoplication, and open reduction of fractures is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with orchiectomy and orchidopexy, peg tube placement, exchange, and removal, pelvic masses, percutaneous pin procedures, and repair of hypospadias is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with specimen handling and labeling, spinal bifida repair, spinal fusion and spinal with instrumentation, splenectomy, and tonsillectomy and adenoids is required.
Additional Confirmations Experience with tourniquet use, tracheostomy, ureterostomy, urinary bladder catheterization, VP/VA shunts, and wound management is required.
Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
Requested Time Off Up to 14 days of time off can be requested.
