Evaluate and treat patients in a subacute/skilled nursing environment

Focus on mobility, strength, balance, fall prevention, and safe discharge planning

Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and physicians

Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed

Active Physical Therapist license in Nebraska (or eligibility for licensure)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Skilled nursing or subacute experience preferred; new graduates welcome

Flexible per diem scheduling based on facility needs and your availability

Supportive, collaborative in-house rehab team
