Head of Internal Communications

We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging, strengthening brand voice, and ensuring seamless information flow across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt quickly while producing high-quality work.
Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns
- Draft, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, announcements, presentations, and corporate materials
- Coordinate communication timelines, approvals, and project logistics
- Maintain organized communication archives and documentation
- Monitor communication effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Full-time position with long-term career potential
