This opportunity is based on an Order Picker career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.

Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems is a plus.

Basic computer skills required.

Pick and gather products using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking technology.

Accurately fulfill customer orders and verify item numbers and quantities.

Stage completed orders for shipping and transportation.

Process inventory transactions using warehouse systems, ERP software, SAP, or handheld scanners.

Load and unload materials as needed.

Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when authorized.

Composite-toe or steel-toe shoes required.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
