You'll provide compassionate personal care, support daily activities, and create a positive environment for seniors in assisted living and memory care.Medical, Dental, & Vision InsuranceLife Insurance, AD&D, Disability CoverageAccident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity InsuranceLegal Benefits, Pet Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts401kKey Responsibilities:Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding.Safely transfer residents between beds, chairs, and vehicles.Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff.Maintain clean and organized resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.Support new resident welcome and orientation.Participate in group activities and resident care conferences.Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies promptly.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.CNA certification or experience in senior care preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for older adults.Ability to read and follow care plans and safety procedures.contributes to building a positive team spirit and maintaining a harmonious work environment.develops and maintains positive relationships with residents, co-workers, families, and other agencies; interacts with residents with dignity and respect; communicates professionally with staff members, residents, resident families, and vendors; reacts well under pressure; We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
