Make a difference as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist

As a Licensed Respiratory Therapist at Minden Medical Center, your daily responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of patients’ respiratory conditions and developing tailored care plans. You'll administer therapeutic treatments such as nebulization and oxygen therapy while closely monitoring patients’ responses and progress. Collaboration is key; you'll work alongside physicians and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You'll also provide education and support to patients and their families, fostering an understanding of respiratory health. Maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and patient interactions will be essential.
