Job Description Caregiver

Hourly pay rate starts at $16.75-$19.75/hr (based on shift preference), with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.

We know that when you feel great at work, you’ll make our residents feel great too. As key members of our direct-care team, a Caregiver provides one-on-one support to our residents in their daily routines such as bathing, dressing, toileting, socialization and overall well-being.

Full time 7P-7A working 7 days in a two week pay period includes 6 hours of overtime and shift differentials, Part time or PRN (As Needed) positions available

Full time 7a-3p and 11p-7a

Part time every other weekend and PRN positions available

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day such as bathing, dressing and toileting.

Build bonds through companionship.

Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.

Assist residents in organizing their day and activities and above all, enjoy themselves.

Caregiver Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
