Custodian @ The Cardinal At North HillsThe Custodian @ The Cardinal at North Hills provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm + 2 weekends a monthPay Rate: $16.75/hrPaid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401KFree Meal each shiftWhat will I do every day?Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.Safely move furniture, equipment, and suppliesOrder and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesReport any maintenance repairs to supervisorWhat will I need to be successful in this role?High school graduate preferredSix months to one year of custodial experienceExperience working in a senior environment preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededWhat's in it for me?
