Registered Dental Hygienist
An established, growing private dental practice is seeking a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.
Provide routine and periodontal cleanings.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Assist in identifying restorative and periodontal treatment needs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines.
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications:
Required:

Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Local anesthesia certification (if applicable under state regulations).
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Preferred:

Previous private practice experience.
Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
