Job Description Nexthink is redefining how IT teams understand and improve the daily digital experience of their employees. As an Account Executive , you will help IT leaders move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive experience management. You will show customers how Nexthink gives them real-time visibility, actionable insights, and automation to improve employee productivity, reduce friction, and deliver measurable business value.

Prospect, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of target accounts.

Lead account planning focused on customer pain, business outcomes, and measurable value.

Run high-quality discovery with IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Desk, and Operations leaders.

Coordinate internal resources across pre-sales, professional services, customer success, marketing, and partners.

Build trust with customers by becoming a credible advisor on Digital Employee Experience.

Work with Nexthink partners to strengthen account coverage and customer impact.

Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management with a win-win mindset.

2+ years of SaaS sales experience , ideally in inside sales, commercial sales, or a closing role.

• Proven track record of pipeline generation, opportunity creation, and quota achievement.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools.
• Ability to quickly learn Nexthink's platform, the DEX category, and customer use cases.
• The base salary for this roleis $70,000-87,000 gross per year, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $130,000-160,000 with additional opportunity to earn commissions above this range.
