Buyer Purchasing (Remote Position)

We are one of the United State's top personal injury law firms, known for aggressive representation, powerful branding, and a data-driven approach to digital growth. We're expanding fast and looking for a Media Buyer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences, especially across social media and digital channels.
If you live and breathe paid media, love performance data, and can craft campaigns that convert — all in Spanish — we want to hear from you.
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (primarily in Meta Ads / Facebook) targeting Spanish-speaking audiences
Optimize campaign performance across platforms, focusing on leads, conversions, and ROI
Write and test ad copy in native Spanish, aligned with the company’s voice and legal standards
Monitor performance data daily and make real-time adjustments to creative, targeting, and budgets
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to build effective ad funnels
A/B test creative, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize campaign success
Produce and present performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Qualifications: Native Spanish speaker with excellent written communication skills
3+ years of media buying or digital advertising experience — especially in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or YouTube
Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
For Meta needs to be an expert at lead generation specifically on the legal side
Familiarity with Spanish-speaking markets (LATAM and/or U.Comfortable working remotely, independently, and meeting tight deadlines
