Job Title: Phlebotomist II

Schedule: 1st shift. Our client is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to join their team The ideal candidate will have experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital environment while maintaining exceptional patient care and specimen integrity.

Performing venipuncture and specimen collection

• Processing and preparing specimens for testing
• Providing excellent patient service while maintaining quality and compliance standards

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of phlebotomy experience , as this role requires working independently as the sole phlebotomist at the site.

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum 6 months of recent phlebotomy experience in a hospital or high-volume laboratory setting.

Overall 2-4 years of healthcare/phlebotomy experience preferred.

Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Strong communication and patient care skills.

Valid Phlebotomy Certification if required by state regulations.
