Seasonal Part Time Bartender/Server

Bartender PositionThe Bartender ensures customer and server drink orders are prepared in a timely manner according to established guidelines while maintaining bar cleanliness standards.Supports a strong commitment to world class guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for restaurant patrons.Functions as location's expert on bar systems, recipes, procedures and knowledge of liquor, wine and beer served.Completes all training requirements.Greets bar guests promptly.Records beverage order, enters order into computer system, prepares drink in accordance to established guidelines and delivers drink to guest.maintains a balanced Bar drawer; Prepares and completes orders for Servers.Washes bar service ware; sets up, cleans, stocks and maintains bar area and bar cooler.Performs Server responsibilities as needed; handles 'To Go' and Associate food orders.Performs Inventory activities as scheduled.Experience/Qualifications:High school diploma/GED preferred.At least one year of experience working as a barista, bartender, and/or food preparation.Experience in and passion for consumer serviceWillingness to learn new skills and be a team playerAn attitude of flexibility and mindfulness about the team approachDelivering quality beverages consistently and according to shop standardsAbility to handle all required tasks around handling cash registerLearn all menus and is able to communicate all food and beverage offeringsClean and clear service areasPerform correct POS transactions, closing duties and accounting procedures as requiredAbility and desire to obey all local, state, and federal lawsAbility to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu itemsTravel Requirements:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
